Meet Paige
Hi! My name is Paige and I am the Mom and OT behind Nosh & Nurture.
As an occupational therapist, my career began in pediatric oncology, then early intervention, and expanded into working with children and adults in the ICU—supporting patients with spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries, strokes, burns, and polytrauma. Through these experiences, I developed a deep understanding of how the body heals, adapts, and thrives with the right support.
When my son was born with tethered oral tissues and we faced feeding, body tension, and lactation challenges, I quickly realized how difficult it was to find local, holistic providers who could support the family as a whole. That experience inspired me to seek out continuing education in infant feeding, oral development, and lactation, so I could become the kind of provider I once needed.
Today, my mission is to support families through occupational therapy that is lactation-informed and family-centered. My goal is to make life a little easier—reducing the number of appointments you have to juggle and bringing care right to your home. I work with families of children ages 0–5, focusing on feeding, oral motor skills, body tension, sensory processing, development, and pre and postpartum wellness. More than anything, I want parents to feel empowered, equipped, and supported as active participants in their child’s growth and development.
At Nosh and Nurture, we believe every family deserves care that’s both clinically sound and person-centered. Our mission is to support function through feeding, play, and everyday routines — helping little ones and families grow, learn, and thrive.
We combine occupational therapy with lactation informed care to create individualized therapy plans for your family and your unique goals. Whether we’re addressing feeding difficulties, developmental milestones, or postpartum support, our approach is grounded in evidence and empathy.
